Today is my diet, general breakfast is very important to us, the food eaten in the morning is to maintain our vitality throughout the day. So breakfast to eat some food containing high protein, protein is to help our body to transport a large car of nutrients, that have this car we can eat all the nutrition transported to our body everywhere. So protein can not be lacking, protein-containing food, eggs, beef, mutton, fish, shrimp bean food and more protein, and then with fresh vegetables and fruits, if you think you do not have to protect then some, coarse fiber food such as sweet potatoes yams pumpkin and so on. Note that breakfast is no staple food, we do not mind eating refined rice and noodles, the fate of the business experience contained in it are sugar without any nutrients. That he ate more than likely to cause obesity, diabetes and other problems. Lunch is also very important to eat some protein food and fresh vegetables. After eating it conditions and then eat some fruit, I drink a glass of juice yogurt and so on.

After eating, you can take a short break and then do some simple exercises. I have to eat a little less at night, the same staple food can not eat. Then after eating it rest a little to exercise. Then at 9 or 10 o’clock we are ready to pack and wash up and go to bed, so continue for a week, their mental state can be adjusted. In the future, it will continue to maintain a very good state for sure.
