Sports for health: long do seven small movements help longevity

1.Breathing and exhalation

2.Look away and turn your eyes

Looking into the distance can help regulate eye muscles and nerves. The specific method is: on your own balcony or at a high place, stand or sit with your head square, look at the roof of the building or the tip of the tower in the distance for about 20 seconds, then look at the tip of your nose for 10 seconds; then look at the roof of the building or the tip of the tower in the distance, then look at the tip of your nose; repeat 36 times.

3.Swallowing saliva

4.Ear Massage

The ear is the external organ of the kidney and is connected to the brain, which is the place where the meridians of the whole body converge. Frequent ear massage can unblock the meridians, circulate qi and blood, balance yin and yang, enhance hearing, and eliminate diseases and health.

The movements of the ear massage include: carrying and pressing the ear screen, using the index finger and thumb to lift the ear screen from the inside out, then using the middle finger to press the ear screen for 3-5 seconds, then releasing it and repeating 9 times; pulling the ear lobe, using the index finger and thumb to pinch and pull the ear lobe downward; massaging and pinching the whole ear such as the auricle and ear chakra 7-9 times.

5.Turning the neck

Long-term incorrect posture is prone to related tissue hyperplasia, injury and eventually cervical spondylosis. Complete the neck forward flexion, backward extension, left rotation and right rotation as slowly and with as much amplitude as possible. At the same time with shrugging, try to keep the shoulders close to the ears and then put them down again. Do each movement 10 times.

When doing this movement, do it gradually to avoid injury.

6.Make a fist

The specific practice is: put the thumb inward across the palm of the hand, and the remaining four fingers wrap the thumb while clenching the fist. At the same time, the whole body slightly force, and then release, repeat 50 to 80 times. The place where the thumb and middle finger touch is the Laogong acupuncture point, when clenching the fist just press this point, can play the role of clearing the heart fire, calm the mind.

7.Tiptoeing

After sitting for a long time, it is best to do a “tiptoe upside down” exercise to smooth the blood flow back to the lower extremities, not only to avoid lower extremity soreness and numbness, but also to eliminate the phenomenon of sudden standing and blackness in front of the eyes and dizziness in the mind. The method is two feet together, both heels raised, balance the body, the action stopped for about 7 seconds, both heels down, light shock ground. Together with a drop for a time, pay attention to the foot pad when breathing in, drop the heel (upside down feet) when exhaling; maintain balance, repeatedly do 7 times.

Regularly do the above 7 movements (or one of them, two, etc.) can remove diseases and strengthen the body, prolong life.
