Eight steps to protect mental health

3. Be a challenger: Try a new way of working each day, or try some exercise, to help reduce stress.

4. Learn to make a schedule: Make a perfect schedule, so that you have a bottom, there is no pressure.

5. Release stress through communication: Open your heart, talk to friends and family, neighbors and co-workers, and stress will naturally dissipate.

6. Work and Rest: Every time you work, you have to take a break, which can relieve the tension.

7. Three indispensable meals a day: Break the habit of skipping breakfast.

8. Try to break the status quo: Keep finding joy in your work and discovering the unknown, and always have the curiosity and enthusiasm of a child.
